APPOINTMENTS & TIMING

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available.  We require a card on file to reserve time with us. If you are scheduling multiple appointments (whether online or over the phone), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and will be charged to the card on file 72 hours before your appointments. There are no exceptions. Please be aware that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. For the perfect spa experience, please inform us of any special requests, needs, or occasions upon booking your appointment(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Spa Jardin services are in high demand; we have reserved this time especially for you, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we require 24 hours notice, giving our staff ample time to accommodate other guests. appointments cancelled without proper notice are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS

As Spa Jardin offers each guest a chance to relax in his/her own personal oasis, we appreciate you turning off your cell phone & keeping conversations to a whisper while in our establishment. Spa Jardin is not appropriate for children under 12. Children must be receiving services if they are present in the spa.

SPECIAL MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

At the time of reservation, please notify us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs or if you are pregnant so we may best serve you.

SPA FEE

For your convenience, a 20% spa fee will be added to the price of your services. Gratuities are included. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
