Appointments & Timing
due to the preparation involved before your visit; to make any appointments at spa jardin, we require a credit card (visa or mastercard) or gift certificate number for the full amount of service. there are no exceptions to this policy. arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. if you are late for your scheduled appointment your treatment will still end as scheduled, as not to delay the next guest. please make us aware of any special request you have upon booking your appointment. spa jardin staff is not responsible for lost gift certificates. gift certificates are nonrefundable & nontransferable.
Cancellations
spa jardin services are in high demand; we have reserved this time especially for you, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we require 24 hours notice, giving our staff ample time to accommodate other guests. appointments cancelled without proper notice are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Personal Considerations
as spa jardin offers each guest a chance to relax in his/her own personal oasis, we appreciate you turning off your cell phone & keeping conversations to a whisper while in our establishment. spa jardin is not appropriate for children under 12. children must be receiving services if they are present in the spa.
Medical Considerations
please advise us of any medical conditions, illnesses, recent injuries or medications upon booking appointments so we may best serve you & respond to your needs.
Gratuities
for your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to the price of your services. additional gratuity added upon request.
